Delivery information for orders placed on www.dreep.in

This page summarises how we ship and deliver orders. It works alongside our Return & Exchange Policy, which covers reverse pickups and return shipping.

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

Shipping is free on every prepaid order delivered to a serviceable location within India, with no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional charge of ₹100 per order (see below).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on all products, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode.

An additional COD charge of ₹100 per order applies. The COD charge is shown before you confirm a COD order.

The COD charge is non-refundable for customer-initiated returns or cancellations after dispatch. It will be refunded where DREEP cancels the complete order, an incorrect item was delivered, a product was confirmed damaged or defective on arrival, or refund of the charge is otherwise required by law.

Delivery Timelines

DREEP delivers to serviceable locations within India. Orders are ordinarily processed within 1–3 business days and generally delivered approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, sale-period volumes and other operational conditions.

Indicative delivery times after dispatch:

Within Pune: 0–1 day.
Within Maharashtra: 2–3 days.
Metro cities: 3–6 days.
Rest of India: 7–10 days.

The estimated delivery date shown on the product page, at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate and not an absolute guarantee.

Split and Failed Deliveries

An order containing multiple products may be delivered in separate shipments where items are stored at different locations, have different availability dates or separate delivery timelines. Split shipments of the same order do not carry any additional charge.

Delivery may fail because of an incomplete address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, restricted entry, failure to provide an OTP, failure to pay a COD amount or repeated refusal to accept the shipment. Re-dispatch charges may apply where the failure was caused by incorrect customer information or repeated unavailability. DREEP may restrict COD on future orders where COD orders are repeatedly refused.

Address Changes

A shipping-address change may be requested before dispatch and is subject to logistics serviceability and the order not having been packed or handed to the courier partner. Once dispatched, the address may not be changed.

DREEP is not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Return Pickup and Self-Shipping

Where reverse-pickup service is available as per courier service, DREEP or its logistics partner will arrange collection from the original delivery address. Please securely pack the correct product with all tags, packaging and invoice or order details.

For approved returns and exchanges on orders with a DREEP Rewards discount, DREEP manages the pickup at no charge to you.

Exchange Shipments

When an approved size exchange is shipped, delivery of the replacement is free where the original order was prepaid. Where the original order was paid by Cash on Delivery, a charge of ₹100 applies to the replacement shipment.

Where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the return address communicated by support. Do not send products to the registered address without first obtaining return approval. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full return conditions.
