Offers & DREEP Rewards Terms (replaces the New User Welcome Offer Terms).

This page sets out the terms of DREEP's current offers. It forms part of the DREEP Terms & Conditions.
1. New-Customer Offer — Extra 10% Off Your First Order
- Who it is for: new customers placing their first order with DREEP. You are a new customer only if your email address, mobile number and name have not been used for an earlier DREEP order.
- How to get it: share your name and email address in the "New here? Get 10% OFF" sign-up form on the website (product pages, home page or cart). You will receive a personal code, generated from your name (for example, "Adi" receives ADI10), on screen and by email.
- Value: 10% off the products in your order. No minimum order value and no maximum discount limit applies.
- One use only: each code can be used once, by one customer.
- Can be combined with DREEP Rewards: the 10% code can be used together with a DREEP Rewards discount on the same order. It cannot be combined with any other discount code.
- New customers only — how this is checked: the sign-up form sends a code to every new email address. Before dispatch, DREEP checks the order's mobile number and name. If the mobile number and name match an earlier DREEP order, the customer is not eligible for the new-customer discount, even if a new email address was used, and DREEP may cancel the order. For a prepaid order cancelled this way, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
- Email consent: by submitting your details, you consent to DREEP contacting you by email with offers and updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@dreep.in.
2. DREEP Rewards — Value-Based Discounts
DREEP Rewards applies automatically to every order, for new and returning customers, based on the cart value of the products in the order:
- Cart value ₹1,549 and above: ₹100 off.
- Cart value ₹1,990 and above: ₹150 off.
- Cart value ₹2,440 and above: ₹200 off.
- Cart value ₹2,990 and above: ₹250 off.
Conditions:
- Only the highest level reached applies. The levels do not add up (for example, a ₹2,500 cart receives ₹200 off, not ₹100 + ₹150 + ₹200).
- Cart value means the price of the products in the cart before the DREEP Rewards discount and any discount code.
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout. The cart shows how much more you need to add to reach the next level.
- For new customers, the 10% code is applied in addition to the DREEP Rewards discount.
- Orders with a DREEP Rewards discount follow the specific exchange and return rules in Section 13 of the Return & Exchange Policy, including a 48-hour request window. If products are returned, the discount is recalculated on the products you keep and the difference is deducted from the refund.
3. Shipping and COD
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery is available on all products for an additional ₹100 per order. The COD charge is not reduced by any offer or discount.
4. General Terms
- Offers apply only to orders placed on www.dreep.in.
- Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another offer.
- DREEP may refuse, cancel or adjust a discount where an offer is misused, where there is suspected fraud, or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
- DREEP may modify, extend or withdraw these offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
