Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are included or shown as required on the product page, invoice or checkout. Shipping, Cash on Delivery, convenience or other charges may apply separately and will be shown before payment.
DREEP may correct pricing or description errors. If an order is placed at an obviously incorrect price, DREEP may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the affected item.
9. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation message only confirms that the order request has been received. The order is accepted when DREEP confirms processing or dispatch.
DREEP may refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing or description errors, quantity restrictions, suspected resale or fraud, delivery restrictions, quality-control concerns or breach of these terms.
10. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. A product may become unavailable after an order is placed because of simultaneous purchases, inventory-recording delays, quality-control rejection, damage, loss or technical error. Where an unavailable prepaid item is cancelled, the amount received for that item will be refunded.
11. Payments
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method, the information is accurate, sufficient funds or credit are available, and the transaction is lawful.
DREEP is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by banks, card issuers, UPI providers, gateways or systems outside DREEP's reasonable control.
12. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, exchange and refund matters are governed by the DREEP Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be allowed to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback or suggestions. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, confidential, infringing, copied without permission, spam, malware or unauthorised advertising.
You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the content. By submitting it, you grant DREEP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display the content for website, customer-support, promotional and business purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. DREEP may remove content that violates these terms.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website—including the DREEP name and logo, artwork, prints, product photography, copy, graphics, icons, videos, layouts, product names and design concepts—belongs to DREEP, its licensors or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No DREEP intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, printed, commercially exploited or used to create competing products without prior written permission.
15. Trademarks
The name DREEP, the DREEP logo, associated taglines, visual identity and other brand elements are proprietary to DREEP. They may not be used in connection with unauthorised products or services, in a manner likely to create confusion, as part of another business name or domain, or on counterfeit or unauthorised products.
16. Third-Party Services
The website may depend on or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, courier partners, social-media platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms and website-hosting or e-commerce providers.
